I am a Registered Yoga Teacher & Licensed Massage Therapist presently located in Denver, Colorado.

    About Me

    I’ve been teaching yoga in the U.S. and Europe since 2000, offering a wide range of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. In addition to teaching, I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner, extensively trained in various forms of therapeutic massage and bodywork. Currently, I teach group classes at YogaSix in Northfield and offer virtual classes through OM Body. I’m also available for both in person and virtual private yoga sessions. These private sessions take a therapeutic approach and are thoughtfully tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.

    My Yoga Practice

    I’m deeply grateful to have discovered yoga over 30 years ago. As someone who has struggled with anxiety since childhood, finding this practice was truly life changing. I’ve experienced firsthand how healing and transformative yoga can be. The practice and the mindfulness it cultivates has given me essential tools to navigate life’s many challenges. My mat is where I return home to myself and tap into a profound sense of inner calm and clarity.


    Beyond its mental health benefits, yoga has helped me stay strong, open, and physically resilient, allowing me to move through life with greater ease and age more gracefully.

    My Teaching Style

    My classes are informed by decades of experience and in depth study of yoga and bodywork. I design sequences that are intelligently crafted to safely open the body and deepen awareness. My intention is to create an experience that is informative, inspiring, empowering, and supportive. Themes of self-love and self-acceptance are woven throughout every class. Yoga offers a powerful space for healing whether we’re releasing daily stress or working through past trauma. I truly believe that through presence, intention, breath awareness, and intuitive movement, our most wise, peaceful, and radiant Self can emerge.
